DOCUMENTARY IN PRODUCTION: GROWTH (2024)

At thirty years old, Bryan Bishop's life was right on track. Known to millions as "Bald Bryan," the sidekick comedian and soundman on the record-setting comedy podcast The Adam Carolla Show, his career was taking off. He was newly engaged. Life was good. Then, cancer.

GROWTH explores how young adults use humor in the face of the scariest subject in the world. After surviving an inoperable brain tumor New York Times best-selling author Bryan Bishop attempts to answer the question: "How do you joke about cancer?"

DOCUMENTARY IN PRODUCTION: DELIVER US (2024)

In Los Angeles, Kimberly Durdin and Allegra Hill, owners of Kindred Space LA, are a part of a growing group of black midwives challenging one of the most complex health care systems in the world by creating solutions for the Black maternal crisis, on their own terms.

DOCUMENTARY: ANOTHER BODY (2023)

ANOTHER BODY is an 2023 British-American documentary film, directed, written, and produced by Sophie Compton and Reuben Hamlyn with E2AC partner WILLA and founder Elizabeth Woodward. Executive Producers and Co-Executive Producers include Jenny Raskin, Lauren Haber, Geralyn White Dreyfous, Bill & Ruth Ann Harnisch, Ann Lewnes, Maiken Baird, Mason Orfalea, Chris & Heidi Stolte, Lisa & Matthew Sonsini, Gloria Zhu, Stanley Tang, Kelsey Koenig, Nina & David Fialkow and Meryl Metni.

It follows a college student who seeks justice after finding deepfake pornography of herself online. ANOTHER BODY had its world premiere at SXSW on March 11, 2023, where it won the Special Jury Award for Innovation in Storytelling.

DOCUMENTARY: MAESTRA (2023)

Following the buzz of Tár, Maggie Contreras’ documentary MAESTRA follows several women from around the world as they compete in the only all-women competition for conductors. This ultra-competitive field is riddled with long-standing issues of sexism, and each participant is approaching the contest with fierce tenacity.

Produced by Maggie Contreras, Neil Berkeley, Emma West, Melanie Miller, Lauren Lexton with Executive Producers David Letterman, Tom Keaney, Jonathan Ginns, Jamie Wolf, Nathalie Seaver, Diane Becker, MAESTRA premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2023.

IMPACT CAMPAIGN: TIGRE GENTE (2021)

Spanning over mist-covered jungles in the Amazon to bustling wildlife markets in China, the gripping documentary TIGRE GENTE follows the storylines of two passionate people fighting to stop the jaguar trade before it’s too late.

From director Elizabeth Unger and producer Joanna Natasegara, TIGRE GENTRE premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and played at BANFF Mountain Film and Book Festival (Winner, Best Documentary), Mountainfilm Festival, Telluride - 2022, and many others. It was acquired by National Geographic Channel.

DOCUMENTARY: MY BEAUTIFUL STUTTER (2021)

My Beautiful Stutter follows five kids who stutter, ages 9 to 18, from all over the United States and all walks of life. After experiencing a lifetime of bullying and stigmatization, they meet other children who stutter at an interactive arts-based program created by The Stuttering Association for the Young.

My Beautiful Stutter is coming to Discovery+ in March 2021 and has won numerous awards at film festivals around the country. Produced by Michael Alden (The King’s Speech, Grey Gardens), with Believe Ltd, E2AC, and Executive Producers Paul Rudd, Mariska Hargitay, Peter Hermann, and George Springer.

DOCUMENTARY: RESISTERHOOD (2020)

Resisterhood is an award-winning documentary about this turbulent time in American politics and the people who rose to meet it.

Winner of over 20 awards at film festivals across the country, Director CJ Crim and fiscal sponsor E2AC are teaming up to bring this powerful and inspiring documentary to college campuses around the United States to start important conversations around voting, activism, and engagement. DOCUMENTARY: BOMBARDIER BLOOD (2019)

The story of world-class mountaineer Chris Bombardier’s harrowing and profound journey to become the first person with severe hemophilia B to attempt to summit Mount Everest.

Bombardier Blood is an “intimate and uplifting” film that cinematically highlights both what is and is not possible when living with this rare disease depending on a patient's access to medicine and care.

Produced in partnership with OctaPharma, The Coalition for Hemophilia, Believe Ltd, E2AC, and Executive Producer Alex Borstein.

SHORT FILM: sometimes, i think about dying (2018)

Just over 12 minutes long, sometimes, i think about dying is an Oscars-shortlisted, Sundance-selected drama short that "achieves a gentle yet masterful command of tone and craft, offering a deeply affecting character portrait of a woman mired in social isolation and depression."

Following its premiere at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, SITAD was selected to tour the country with the prestigious Sundance Shorts, played in 70+ festivals, won multiple awards and glowing reviews from the New York Times, Hollywood Reporter, and IndieWire, and was named a Vimeo Staff Pick. E2AC provided funding to cover production and distribution. E2AC’s first official film project, it was shortlisted for an Academy Award.
