E2AC Health

Healthcare and storytelling both involve science. Let’s treat it that way.

Patient advocacy is in our blood.

E2AC's founders and creative team have been creating health-related stories since our inception. Our unique approach means we are committed to the creation of powerful content to share the stories of patient advocates and caregivers.

Think less boring training video, more high quality, beautifully captured, imaginative storytelling that moves an audience to action. Stories told with heart, with soul, and, above all, empathy.

Because healthcare is too important for anything less.

VIRTUAL VIDEO SERIES & CAMPAIGN: NOVARTIS

“Health Equity” is a term that is being used more and more. But what does it mean to those who have dedicated their lives to that phrase?

We partnered with Novartis to further explore this increasingly important subject. Conversations on Health Equity introduced people who work on all sides of the health equity spectrum: an esteemed provider in sickle cell disease, a foundation founder, an entrepreneur, an industry leader, and a clinical trial director and young adult cancer survivor.

The series was featured at Novartis' installation at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) in December 2022.

PODCAST SERIES & CAMPAIGN: KENNER FAMILY RESEARCH FUND

Pancreatic cancer outcomes are widely considered among the most challenging in medicine. Can AI help?

The Kenner Family Research Fund, a leader in studying early detection in pancreatic cancer, commissioned a unique audio storytelling project to share a diagnostic odyssey with an otherwise unfamiliar audience.

The dynamic 4 part-podcast and impact campaign project launched in November 2023 in honor of pancreatic cancer awareness month.

VIDEO SERIES & CAMPAIGN: DAY ONE BIO

When does a provider begin to build trust with a patient, caregiver, and family? It starts on day one.

Day One Bio’s name reflects this reality.

This video series, microsite, and rollout campaign covers multiple subjects related to “The Day One Talk,” including the story of both a family facing their child’s diagnosis and the medical team entrusted to care for her.

This video series was conducted by interviewing parties on each side of the diagnosis — and learning the story behind each.

VIRTUAL EVENT & CAMPAIGN: AGIOS

How do we overcome general mistrust in the medical community?

This question has never been more important than in the wake of the COVID-19 epidemic and the subsequent development of a vaccine.

E2AC partnered with the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA) and Agios Pharmaceuticals to present information about the COVID vaccine in an engaging and particularly entertaining way: a Jeopardy -style produced gameshow featuring patient advocates and providers. The accompanying social media campaign resulted in more engagement than any other project in SCDAA's history.

DOCUMENTARY FILM: BOMBARDIER BLOOD (2019)

This feature-length documentary (available on Apple+) tells the story of world-class mountaineer Chris Bombardier’s harrowing and profound journey to become the first person with severe hemophilia B to attempt to summit Mount Everest.

From acclaimed patient advocate and filmmaker Patrick James Lynch and E2AC strategic partner Believe Limited, the uplifting film cinematically highlights both what is and is not possible when living with this rare disease depending on a patient's access to medicine and care.

Produced in partnership with OctaPharma, The Coalition for Hemophilia, Believe Limited, E2AC, and Executive Producer and Hollywood star Alex Borstein.
