  • Elsie Choi

    Elsie Choi is currently the EVP, Head of Scripted TV for CJ ENM America (Parasite, No Other Choice, Snowpiercer, Crash Landing on You, Mask Girl). Prior to CJ ENM America, Elsie Choi was a Non-Writing Executive Producer on Hulu's INTERIOR CHINATOWN created by Charles Yu and directed by Taika Waititi. Most recently, she was the Head of Cable/Streaming TV for Rideback and served as Executive Director of the MRC x Rideback TV Incubator.

    Choi started in TV as SVP of Development for Mad Rabbit, a joint venture with Red Arrow Studios and writer/director/producer Kari Skogland (Emmy-nominated and BAFTA-winning director of THE HANDMAID’S TALE). Choi began her career at Morgan Stanley executing financings for cultural institutions such as The Getty Center and American Museum of Natural History, and then transitioned to marketing and publicity at DreamWorks Pictures in New York and Los Angeles. She went on to head development for Bruce Willis’ company, Willis Brothers Films, where she produced award-winning documentary and narrative features that have premiered at Sundance, Tribeca and Toronto Film Festivals.

  • Glen Hartman

    Glen Hartman is CEO North America for Jakala, a leading data, AI, and experience agency. Glen also holds advisory roles for private equity firms such as: Kelso & Co and Recognize Partners and board seats for innovative companies in the media, software and entertainment industries such as: Scratch Global which personalizes advertising using music and audio.  

    Prior, Glen was one of the founders of Accenture Interactive (rebranded as Accenture Song) now a $19 billion+ global business, where he led its North America team for more than a decade and later took on expanded roles leading Accenture’s commerce practice and ecosystem partners worldwide. 

    Cited by Forbes as a "top 10 influencer" in digital in 2013 and named to Ad Week’s Top 50 leaders in Marketing, Media, and Tech in 2018, Glen’s market perspectives have been featured in Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fortune, Advertising Age and at the World Economic Forum.  

    Glen also volunteers and serves on boards for organizations focused on the support of music, film and the arts as well as the advancement of mental health and diversity.

    Glen lives in Boston with his daughter, Alexa, and always cheerful canine Marcello.

  • J.C. Mills

    J.C. leads scripted and unscripted content strategy for Cineflix, oversees the development slate and is responsible for the division’s feature doc business. 

    J.C.’s executive producer credits include: Summer Qamp, a feature documentary chronicling the stories of LGBTQIA2S+ campers and counselors for Peacock, Super Channel and TVA, that premiered at TIFF 2023; Nancy Buirski’s Desperate Souls, Dark City and the Midnight Cowboy that premiered at the Venice and Telluride 2022; multiple TV Movies for Hallmark and Lifetime; true crime docudramas Don’t Open the Door for Hearst Networks EMEA and Super Channel,  Betting on Paradise for HGTV US, Investigation Shark Attack for National Geographic International, History’s Greatest Picks with Mike Wolfe for The HISTORY Channel, and Cirque Life— a new docuseries following the cast and crew of one of Cirque du Soleil’s most popular shows, Luzia— for CBC.

    Across twenty years in the business, J.C. has spent time as an attorney, a distribution executive, a National Geographic development exec, and an agent at ICM, and most importantly, a father of three boys.

  • Jennie Morris

    Jennie Morris is a media executive who thrives at the intersection of bold storytelling, smart strategy, and audience impact. Currently leading editorial strategy at Apple TV, she brings more than 25 years of experience spanning Warner Bros. Discovery (HBO/Max), Meta, Participant Media, AMC Networks, Sundance Channel, and Showtime.

    Jennie has led global programming, acquisitions, marketing, and streaming initiatives — building high-performing teams and turning creative vision into measurable growth. She’s especially passionate about content that sparks cultural conversation and inspires social change, championing stories that matter and truly connect.

    She holds a JD and MSW from Boston College and a BA in Russian Studies from UC Santa Cruz. A lover of languages, hiking trails, and baking the imperfect pie, Jennie lives in Los Angeles with her husband, their awesome dog Bear, and has two sons who are out making their own mark on the world.

  • Josh Phillips

    Josh has over 20 years of entertainment experience at Paramount Pictures, Disney, eOne, and most recently Mandalay Entertainment, working with industry titans Peter Guber, Doug Wick, Lucy Fisher, and Mark Gordon, as well as world-class filmmakers Aaron Sorkin, Chris McQuarrie, and John Woo, among others. Josh spent the first part of his career rising up the ladder as a studio executive and producing 4 widely released films, including MOLLY’S GAME, THE BROKEN HEARTS GALLERY, and WHISTLE. He then got his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he specialized in distribution, production finance, marketing, and the emerging areas of the entertainment ecosystem, most notably AI, brand studios, and the creator economy. He is currently an EVP at Mandalay Entertainment, leveraging his creative relationships and strategy experience to lead business development for the company.

    Josh graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Film Studies. He lives in Van Nuys with his wife and son.
