  • SHILPA BISARIA - BROOKLYN, NY | LOS ANGELES, CA

    Shilpa Bisaria has worked on long-term growth strategy, operations and corporate innovation globally. Shilpa is currently Vice President of Strategy at WarnerMedia, where she has held multiple leadership roles across the Sales and Distribution (Revenue) org. Previously, Shilpa collaborated with Fortune 100 companies as a strategy consultant at Innosight and has advised and volunteered at startups and nonprofits in the U.S. and Asia - where she grew up. Shilpa holds a BSc in Economics from Singapore Management University and currently lives in Brooklyn amongst stacks of New Yorkers she intends to read someday.

  • MICHAEL GABRIEL - GREENWICH, CT

    Michael Gabriel is a senior level technology advisor and partner with Fortium Partners, LP. He was previously Executive Vice President & CIO for Home Box Office for 14 years, and a founding executive leader of the media and entertainment industry transforming HBO GO Initiative. Prior to HBO, he was Vice President & CIO for the National Basketball Association (NBA), Vice President of IT for the EMI-Capitol Music Group NA, Director of IT for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and Director of Financial Systems at the National Broadcasting Company (NBC). He is an inventor on 6 media and entertainment industry patents.

  • JANIE YOUNG DAVIS - CHICAGO, IL

    Janie Young Davis is Director of Patient Advocacy at Agios Pharmaceuticals. She is a proven pharmaceutical marketing executive with 25+ years of experience. Previously, Janie was Associate Director of Medical Marketing at Horizon and Vice President at Definitive Health Partners, where she led commercialization consulting engagements with life science companies for rare and ultra-rare diseases. Janie has expertise in brand strategy and tactical execution, new product launches, lifecycle management, managing healthcare professional and patient audiences, advocacy, sales and storytelling. Janie has an MBA and B.S. in Marketing from Purdue University. She is a mother of two – a college-aged son and teenage daughter.

  • BETH TRENTACOSTE - NEW YORK, NY

    Beth Trentacoste is a creative executive with over 20 years of experience driving content creation aligned to prominent entertainment IP and the world’s largest brands. As Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director of the Paramount Brand Studio, Beth runs a large multidisciplinary division comprised of creative, production, design and talent teams, who produce long and short-form content across the Paramount Global portfolio. Beth has received numerous industry recognitions including a Golden Trailer Award for innovation in Advertising as well as multiple Clios, Webbys, Promax, Hollywood Reporter Key Art Awards and a Cynopsis Social Good Award for Best PSA which she directed in 2016. Her work has been featured in top industry trades including Adweek, Entertainment Weekly, Fast Company and Ad Age. In 2019, she was named to Cablefax’s list of the Most Powerful Women in Media, in 2020 her team was named “TV’s hottest branded content” on Ad Week’s “Hot List,” and in 2021, she was honored as a top “Industry Leader” at the Cynopsis Top Women in Media Awards. Beth has a BA in Journalism from Temple University and has completed filmmaking courses at the New York Film Academy and Middlesex University in London. Beth is passionate about using her position to drive representation behind and in front of the camera.

  • NICOLE FELD STRAUSS - NEW YORK, NY

    Nicole Feld Strauss serves as Executive Vice President and Board Director with Feld Entertainment, her family’s business, and the worldwide leader in producing and presenting live touring entertainment experiences. Feld Entertainment’s productions have appeared in more than 75 countries on six continents and include Monster Jam, Monster Energy AMA Supercross, Marvel Universe LIVE!, Disney On Ice, Sesame Street Live!, Jurassic World Live, and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. In her over 20 years of producing live entertainment, Nicole has led the creative teams in bringing to life some of the company's most innovative and spectacular productions. She is an industry leader who focuses on innovation, trend forecasting and dynamic creative strategies to enhance existing properties and manifest new ones that further the organization’s mission, vision and values. Nicole attended the New York University Tisch School of The Arts where she earned her BFA in photography & imaging in 2000. Nicole is a member of the 2022 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute. She lives in New York City with her husband, Jonathan Strauss, an Emmy®-nominated casting director and producer for film and television, and their two children.

  • MICHELLE BEAUCHAMP - MIAMI, FL

    Michelle Beauchamp is an award-winning brand marketing and communications professional with a stellar track record leading global consumer lifestyle brands. Michelle’s cross-category beverage marketing experience spans wines, spirits, water and soft drinks both in the US and internationally. She has held senior leadership roles at Bacardi North America (Grey Goose Vodka) and Triarc Beverage Group (RC Cola/Snapple). During her tenure at Bacardi, Michelle led Grey Goose Entertainment and has executive producing credits for Iconoclasts, Rising Icons and Grey Goose 19th Hole. Michelle is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for E11EVEN Vodka, where she is responsible for the overall brand marketing strategy and programs to expand the brand nationally and beyond. Prior to E11EVEN, Michelle was Vice President of Marketing at Vero Water where she was instrumental in driving double-digit year-over-year sales growth and propelling the brand into the world’s leading restaurant, hotel and cruise line brands - growing the brand from seed stage through the successful acquisition by global industry powerhouse Culligan water in October of 2021. Michelle holds an MBA from Northwestern University | Kellogg School of Management and is a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Miami.

  • CAROLYN DEMISCH - SAN FRANCISCO, CA

    Carolyn Demisch is currently part of the Corporate Development team at Amazon, where she is Senior Director of M&A Integration. Previously, she worked in strategy & innovation at Visa as well as Samsung Electronics, including 6 years at HQ in South Korea. She is a proud graduate of NYU, with a BA from the Gallatin School and an MBA from the Stern School of Business. Outside of work, Carolyn is a singer and theater creator who is passionate about the role the arts play in shaping the world. She’s excited to to help E2AC bring new stories to life to inspire action and drive positive change.

  • AHMAR ZAIDI, MD - DETROIT, MI

    Dr. Ahmar Zaidi is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit. Originally from Windsor, Ontario, he graduated from Medical University of the Americas and now specializes in sickle cell disease, hemoglobinopathies, and classical hematology. Dr. Zaidi was an Author for the 2019 ASH News Daily board, is a member of the ASH Medical Educators Institute Class of 2019, Co-Chair for Systematic Racism Task Force, an active participant in clinical research and medical education, co-host of Cheat Codes: A Sickle Cell Podcast, and a featured Tedx speaker. His ultimate guilty pleasure is Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.

  • BILL PARKER - BOSTON, MA | NEW YORK, NY

    Bill Parker started Hindsight Media, a production company specializing in personal and organizational histories, in 2002 after working in the film and video industry for almost thirty years. Bill’s prior work was as an editor, colorist, cameraman, and film teacher at Chelsea High School outside of Boston. It was in Chelsea, amid a population of students from all corners of the globe, that Bill developed an interest in oral histories and storytelling in general. Bill’s current work focuses on developing filmed narratives for non-profits, from environmental justice to education to more recently, pediatric medicine.

  • MICHELLE HEYMAN-KANTOR - CHICAGO, IL

    Michelle Heyman-Kantor is Of Counsel at the Chicago firm of Polales Horton and Leonardi LLP. She worked as a prosecutor in New York City for over a decade, handling cases involving domestic violence, sex crimes, street crimes, and white-collar crime. Recently, Michelle worked on several television shows as a legal advisor, including monthly appearances on the Law & Crime Network as a legal analyst. Previously, Michelle was a journalist working in local nightly news. Michelle received her BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison and JD from New York Law School. A native of St. Louis, after more than 15 years in New York City she moved to Chicago with her family and is back to being a Midwesterner.

  • MATTHEW LYMAN - AUSTIN, TX

    Matt Lyman is a Global Marketing Director at DiaSorin S.p.A., multinational medical device, diagnostics and life science research company. He has a decade of experience in the healthcare sector in marketing and commercial leadership roles with Johnson & Johnsom, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, QuidelOrtho and Church & Dwight. Earlier in his career, he was a writer, producer, director and editor for several media properties in New England, New York, and Miami, in addition to several years as a flight instructor and commercial pilot He holds a BA in History from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and an MBA from Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ. He is originally from Ottawa, Ontario, and after living up and down the east coast, now resides in Austin, TX.

  • KEY RHODES - LOS ANGELES, CA

    Key Rhodes (she/her) is an expert in responsible tech and inclusive product making. Her impact spans across corporate, university, government, and nonprofit institutions. At Microsoft, Key drives tech for good efforts grounded in social science research -- some of which have led to original patent and global hackathon awards. She’s also a BAM (Blacks at Microsoft) co-lead where she directs strategic priorities using a Racial Equity, Black Feminist and Afrofuturist lens. Key graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle and Columbia University. She has additional graduate certificates across interdisciplinary research topics and methods. As a Social Impact Leader, Key holds a vision where everyone’s humanity is honored and believes in pushing boundaries and using creativity to propel change-making. Key relocated to Los Angeles in 2021 after her tenure living between New York City and around South Africa.

  • LEWANZA HARRIS, MD - NEW YORK, NY

    LeWanza M. Harris, MD, MPH, MBA, MS is the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for the Mount Sinai Health System. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical quality functions across the Health System to achieve organizational goals related to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and quality management. Dr. Harris is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Medical Association, the National Association of Health Services Executives, and Healthcare Leaders of New York. She is a committee member of the National American Heart Association Business Committee and National American Heart Association Quality Healthcare Certification Science Committee. Dr. Harris has previously served on the American Heart Association, NYC Board of Directors.

  • ALEJANDRA RAMIREZ-SANTIAGO, MD - BOSTON, MA

    Dr. Alejandra Ramirez-Santiago is an Executive Director of Clinical Development with more than 17 years of experience in this he biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Originally from Mexico City, she graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico and has focused her career in bringing new medicines to patients, particularly patients with rare diseases. She currently resides in Boston with her wife and has a deep passion for film making and storytelling.

  • NICK HUDSON - NEW YORK, NY

    Nick Hudson serves as Executive Director at Entertainment 2 Affect Change. A proud AmeriCorps alum (Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Chicago) and bone marrow donor (Gift of Life Marrow Registry, Boca Raton), Nick has over a decade of professional and personal experience working in public service, program management, fundraising and development, strategic partnerships, healthcare equity, and content creation. He is passionate about merging philanthropy and content, raising millions of dollars for social impact projects all across the country and serving on the Board of Directors of the Steven G. AYA Cancer Foundation as well as the Sickle Cell Reproductive Health Education Directive (SC RED). Nick received his BA from Emory University and JD from St. John’s University School of Law, and now resides in New York with his growing family.
